Thule Vertex 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2012 Mazda 2- Video
Today on our 2012 Mazda 2 well be test fitting the Thule Vertex 4 bike carrier, part #: th9029. A quick not about this bike rack, it can be used with either inch and a quarter or 2 inch hitches, class 1 through class 3, although when using on a class 1 hitch you are limited to two bikes. Now, our vehicle is equipped with an inch and a quarter hitch and our bike rack is preassembled, so were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. Well need to slide the bike rack shank into the hitch, well line up the hitch pinhole and insert our anti-rattle bolt. We can then tighten it down with the wrench. With our bike rack secured well now go ahead and give you a few measurements. more

A quick note about this bike rack, it can be used on either inch and a quarter or 2 inch hitches class 1 through class 3 although when using with a class one hitch you are limited to two bikes. Now our vehicle is equipped with the inch and a quarter class one hitch and our bike rack is preassembled so were ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. Well insert the bike rack shank into the hitch and using the integrated locking hitch pin well simply allow it to snap into place. We can then tighten down the anti-rattle knob which will secure it to the vehicle. Now well go ahead to attempt cargo access. more
